You'll manage a diverse patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits at a primary care office. You'll provide in-office and telehealth care while collaborating with a team to transform healthcare delivery. This role offers continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and conduct tele-health visits
• Participate weekly in Clinical Rounds for continuous learning
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams

📋 Requirements

• Completed or enrolled in an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• At least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• Board certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics
• State licensed in Texas

• Experience with in-office procedures
• Supervisory experience with NPs or PAs
