You'll lead clinical operations for oncology trials as the central intelligence hub, managing CRAs and overseeing all clinical aspects across multiple countries. Your core impact will be ensuring timeline adherence and quality delivery while driving site selection, enrollment, and data cleaning activities. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and deliver clinical trial elements from site selection to close-out
• Lead CRAs and oversee monitoring, regulatory, IP, and site payment activities
• Identify risks and develop creative action plans to maintain study timelines
• Mentor and train team members while ensuring cross-functional collaboration

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science or health-related field
• Clinical trial management experience in oncology across multiple countries in a CRO/pharma/biotech
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process
• Effective communication in English and availability for domestic/international travel
