Description

You will lift and precisely place unique, irreplaceable loads including flight hardware and construction materials using a variety of cranes. You'll evaluate and perform complicated lifts, inspect rigging equipment, and support fabrication and test teams in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• NCCCO Crane Operator Certification
• 5+ years operating crawler and hydraulic cranes, or 2+ years crane operation with 3+ years as certified rigger
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted and work on ladders/lifts at elevated heights
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR

Responsibilities

• Lift and precisely place flight hardware, ground support equipment, and construction materials
• Tilt, turn, and flip suspended loads using multipoint suspension techniques
• Operate rough terrain, crawler, lattice, and hydraulic cranes
• Evaluate and perform complicated lifts including high weight/height and multiple cranes
• Perform daily and monthly inspections and maintenance on cranes and mobile equipment
