Description

You will operate as an internal consultant, leading analysis, design, and execution of high-impact projects across multiple departments. You'll tackle complex business problems, drive data-driven insights, and manage cross-functional initiatives in a healthcare organization.

Requirements

• 0–5 years post-undergraduate experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or analytical role
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic record; MBA is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive storytelling
• Strong communication skills to present to senior executives and build rapport with staff
• Self-starter with high ownership, resilience, and bias for action

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of complex business challenges, build quantitative models to evaluate solutions
• Gather and synthesize data from financial, operational, and clinical sources for actionable insights
• Drive cross-functional workstreams to implement strategic initiatives
• Build strong relationships with department leaders and frontline staff to ensure alignment
• Manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
