Description

In this role, you will drive enterprise-wide process and systems transformation across multiple value streams (GTM, Finance, Operations, Partner, Support). You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, designing future-state processes, leading automation initiatives, and ensuring user adoption through structured change management.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with business process design and improvement
• Knowledge of enabling technologies such as Salesforce CRM, NetSuite, Tableau
• Experience with UAT, training, and change management

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain end-to-end business process architecture and documentation
• Lead transformation initiatives by conducting gap analyses and designing future-state processes
• Collaborate with GTM functions to translate business requirements into process solutions
• Lead automation projects with Business Systems Group using Salesforce, NetSuite, Tableau, etc.
• Lead cross-functional programs focusing on timely delivery, risk mitigation, and user adoption
