You'll support delivery of AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers, working with senior engineers and account executives. You'll contribute to technical evaluations and pre-sales engagements. This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of AI and enterprise go-to-market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support delivery of AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers
• Articulate Decagon's value during pre-sales engagements
• Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer pain points
• Build basic product demonstrations using Decagon's platform

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Technical foundation through CS degree or coding experience
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts
• Basic understanding of enterprise GTM processes or CRM systems
