Description

As a Sr. Solutions Engineer at Klaviyo, you'll lead the technical win in complex, high-stakes deals by architecting solutions, conducting workshops, and building proof-of-value plans. You'll serve as a domain expert in marketing technology, collaborate with R&D, and use AI tools to scale your impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales with enterprise deal experience
• 4+ years across modern development stacks: Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React), RESTful APIs, SQL
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Codex, Claude Code)
• Strong domain knowledge in marketing automation, CDPs, eCommerce, analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for complex enterprise deals (6-7 figures)
• Drive advanced technical discovery and host technical workshops
• Architect and execute Proof of Value plans to achieve technical selection
• Build strong R&D relationships and contribute to product roadmap
• Prototype solutions and build proofs-of-concept demonstrating differentiation
