• Provide facility tours and share SpaceX history
• Manage onsite interview logistics with recruiters and coordinators
• Review inbound applications and build talent pools
• Partner with recruiters to align on ideal candidate profiles

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting or HR

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years as recruiting coordinator or sourcer
• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office
