You'll ensure smooth HR operations for France and Belgium, supporting employees from onboarding to offboarding. Your core impact will be maintaining compliance with local labor laws and delivering accurate payroll. You'll be part of a global HR team within a leading restaurant booking platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries via ServiceNow.
• Manage employee files, contracts, and absence tracking.
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs for France and Belgium.
• Maintain HRIS data and generate reports in Workday.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of HR Operations experience in France.
• Strong expertise in French labor regulations and compliance.
• Tech savvy with HRIS Workday, Gdrive, Notion.
• Fluent in French and advanced English.

• Good level of Spanish.
• International experience.
