You'll play a key role in transforming Twilio's People Operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience. You'll help implement improvements and create best practices for the AMERICAS region. This role offers the chance to shape a world-class HR operations organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Leverage HRIS to perform transactions and support employees.
• Provide HR support on benefits, compensation, policies, and more.
• Administer and communicate core HR processes.
• Partner with People functions to execute HR operations.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years running HR processes in AMERICAS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Spanish, Portuguese.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple stakeholders.
• Detail oriented with understanding of HR ecosystem.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience running HR processes for Canada and US.
• Experience with Workday HCM.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau.
