You'll lead end-to-end onboarding for CreatorIQ customers, combining project management, technical configuration, and customer enablement. Your work drives successful platform adoption and long-term value for global brands. This role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding from kickoff to go-live
• Configure platform based on customer requirements and use cases
• Support technical setup including APIs, data imports, and integrations
• Deliver tailored training sessions for customer teams

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in SaaS implementation or similar roles
• Experience with APIs & integrations and data mapping
• Strong project management skills for multiple implementations
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with REST APIs and JSON
• Familiarity with SQL or data pipelines
• Exposure to influencer marketing tools
