You will lead and design the integration of ServiceNow Platform solutions, ensuring designs are reusable, reliable, and adaptive. You will oversee application architecture and develop roadmaps while answering advanced technical questions. This role involves driving positive, lasting change for federal government missions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience including platform architecture and enterprise module implementation
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Demonstrated expertise in deploying modules such as GenAI, ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, HR, SPM, IRM, and CMDB
• Extensive experience across the platform and with integrated third-party technologies
• One or more ServiceNow certifications: Technical Architect, CAD, CSA, or ITSM
• US Citizenship
