You'll lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across ML, experimentation, and analytics domains, driving high-priority projects from planning through delivery. You'll improve operational efficiency by implementing execution frameworks and accelerating ML delivery cycles. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across ML, experimentation, analytics, and data platform domains
• Establish execution frameworks including quarterly planning, project reviews, and retrospectives
• Accelerate ML delivery cycles by streamlining coordination between engineering, analytics, and product teams
• Improve operational excellence metrics such as data freshness, SLA compliance, and delivery reliability

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or ML domains
• 3–5+ years in leadership positions managing complex cross-functional initiatives
• Experience working within product-focused organizations
• Fluency in both English and Russian, written and verbal
