Description

You will prepare cost estimates and proposals for site development projects by interpreting civil plans, completing take-offs using Trimble Business Center, and collaborating with the Chief Estimator. This role is fully remote and offers the chance to work on diverse construction projects.

Requirements

• A.S. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• General understanding of construction (professional or educational/internship)
• Basic heavy equipment knowledge
• Experience with earthwork take-off software and willingness to learn Trimble Business Center – HCE
• Experience with all aspects of site development

Responsibilities

• Complete take-offs using Trimble Business Center – HCE
• Evaluate site access and conditions, propose production levels for proposals
• Manage take-off and bidding process for small site packages and green infrastructure projects
• Prepare proposals with backup documentation, scope, assumptions, and exclusions
• Hand off won projects to Operations Team
