Description

You will lead international financial operations including accounting close, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls across multiple jurisdictions. This role is critical for maintaining a robust control environment while supporting the company's global expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA/CA or equivalent preferred
• 12+ years accounting experience with 5+ years leading international operations
• Technical expertise in US GAAP to IFRS conversion
• Proficient in ERP with secondary/non-leading ledgers

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and filing of foreign statutory financial statements
• Manage reconciliation from US GAAP to local statutory standards (IFRS/local GAAP)
• Ensure compliance with international tax laws (VAT, GST, CIT)
• Establish and maintain SOX-aligned internal controls across international entities
• Manage global shared services or regional accounting teams for close processes
