• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and digital marketing roles.

• Analyze HR metrics and advise line managers on HR best practices.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years HR experience with at least 5 in recruitment.
• 2 years technical recruitment in high-tech/software industry.
• Proven track record in implementing employer branding strategies.
• Experience with process automation and recruitment tools.
