πΌ About This Role
You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal as part of the global Deal Desk team to increase deal velocity and ensure accuracy in quoting and contracting. You'll manage complex, nonstandard enterprise deals and partner with stakeholders to craft contractual language compliant with revenue recognition policies. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to drive process improvements and support a high-volume sales organization.
π― What You'll Do
- Act as liaison between sellers and cross-functional groups to facilitate deal closure
- Manage complex enterprise deals with multiple cross-functional partners
- Guide Account Executives on deal structures to maximize ARR
- Manage quote and contract approval workflows for pricing and discounts
π Requirements
- Experience working directly with high volume and complex sales teams
- Proven success in SaaS/B2B industry, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations
- Expertise in navigating revenue recognition requirements
- Experience using Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Ironclad
