Description

You will partner with top customers to customize Samsara's IoT platform for their fleet, compose joint success plans, conduct business reviews, and run workshops to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting
  • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Strong priority management skills
  • Ability to work in a demanding, high-visibility position

Responsibilities

  • Compose joint success plans with customers outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines
  • Orchestrate executive business reviews with customer decision-makers and executive leadership
  • Conduct workshops to break down current operations and recommend workflow changes
  • Deeply understand the Samsara platform and explain it to businesses across various industries
  • Serve as a mentor to the wider Customer Success and Support teams
