• Design LTV models that capture structural value over seasonality
• Model retention and monetization dynamics across cycles
• Build user- and cohort-level models with high-granularity features
• Operationalize nuanced LTV across different resolutions

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years as a Data Scientist in a consumer marketplace
• Proven ownership of a production LTV model for multiple years
• Deep experience with cohort-based modeling and survival analysis
• Strong SQL and Python (or R) for large-scale feature pipelines
