💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement state-of-the-art estimation and sensor-fusion algorithms for autonomous defense platforms in GPS-denied environments. Your work will power vision navigation and targeting across all product lines, from simulation to flight. This role offers the chance to bring research-grade algorithms to rugged, real-world deployments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prototype and productionize vision navigation and targeting features end-to-end with C++.
• Turn detections into measurement models with latencies and covariances.
• Stabilize GNSS to VIO handover with adaptive covariances and gating.
• Build and optimize real-time software on Linux/embedded systems.

📋 Requirements

• Modern C++ on Linux with strong debugging and profiling skills.
• Error-state EKF/UKF or factor graphs and nonlinear least-squares.
• VIO/SLAM experience with camera models and optical flow.
• Sensor integration including IMU, GNSS/RTK, and multi-camera.

✨ Nice to Have

• CUDA/TensorRT and NVIDIA Jetson pipeline experience.
• Exposure to ROS 2 or PX4/ArduPilot integration.
• Experience in contested RF or low-light environments.
