• Inspire team to meet NOI, occupancy, collections, and home sales goals
• Cultivate resident satisfaction and ensure work orders completed within 48 hours
• Lead marketing efforts and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Oversee rent billing, collections, and legal compliance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
