Your role involves reconciling invoices, maintaining inventory databases, supporting procurement, and streamlining processes. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Requirements

• Accounting or finance degree
• 1-3 years experience in accounting, finance, or market data
• Strong analytical ability and familiarity with data analysis tools
• Proficiency in Excel
• Detail-oriented team player with genuine interest in market data

Responsibilities

• Review, research, and reconcile market data invoices
• Maintain inventory and cost allocations in Optimize SPEND database
• Support monthly close processes
• Oversee vendor onboarding controls and procurement
• Assist with budgets, ad hoc reporting, and special projects
