You'll empower startups within a global accelerator and incubator program and act as an independent advisor to clients in the innovation ecosystem. You'll manage a portfolio of projects and own client interactions throughout consulting engagements. 📋 Requirements

• Consulting skill set with structured problem solving and analytics
• 5+ years of experience in management consultancy or innovation management
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
• Fully fluent in English

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in space business, earth observation, or satellite navigation
• Knowledge of the startup ecosystem in aviation, space, or defense
• Public sector consulting experience or knowledge of European institutions
