You'll drive revenue growth by winning and expanding strategic enterprise accounts for an AI-powered ERP automation platform. You'll own the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to close, practicing insight-led selling to engage C-suite buyers. This role offers uncapped earnings and real ownership in a fast-growing Swiss scaleup with proven product-market fit.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and execute territory and account plans for target accounts
  • Run executive discovery to uncover operational bottlenecks and decision friction
  • Own business case, pricing, proposals, negotiation, and contracting
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers for demos and de-risk technical concerns

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5โ€“10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience
  • Proven ability to run insight-led enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong executive presence with CFO/CIO/Head of Shared Services
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded deals and forecast discipline

โœจ Nice to Have

  • ERP/SAP exposure or selling into finance/procurement transformations
  • Experience selling automation platforms (workflow/RPA/process mining/IDP)
  • Fluent in German or another major European language
