You'll drive revenue growth by winning and expanding strategic enterprise accounts for an AI-powered ERP automation platform. You'll own the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to close, practicing insight-led selling to engage C-suite buyers. This role offers uncapped earnings and real ownership in a fast-growing Swiss scaleup with proven product-market fit.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and execute territory and account plans for target accounts
- Run executive discovery to uncover operational bottlenecks and decision friction
- Own business case, pricing, proposals, negotiation, and contracting
- Partner with Solutions Engineers for demos and de-risk technical concerns
๐ Requirements
- 5โ10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience
- Proven ability to run insight-led enterprise sales cycles
- Strong executive presence with CFO/CIO/Head of Shared Services
- Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded deals and forecast discipline
โจ Nice to Have
- ERP/SAP exposure or selling into finance/procurement transformations
- Experience selling automation platforms (workflow/RPA/process mining/IDP)
- Fluent in German or another major European language
