💼 About This Role

You'll support and scale Ravio's revenue engine across sales, marketing, and customer success. You'll lead high-impact RevOps projects that unlock pipeline and improve conversion. This role offers real ownership and greenfield work as the commercial team grows significantly in 2026.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead RevOps projects to improve pipeline, conversion, and reduce churn
• Maintain revenue infrastructure including scoring and enrichment workflows
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing to support revenue activities
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for commercial performance

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years in revenue operations or related B2B SaaS role
• HubSpot proficiency and experience with modern revenue stack
• Comfort managing multiple priorities and shifting between strategic/operational work
• Experience building dashboards and turning data into actionable insights

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI automation tools
• Familiarity with Looker or similar BI platforms
