💼 About This Role

You'll join Oscar Health's Corporate Counsel team as a strategic partner to the Procurement department, negotiating all vendor contracts including complex health insurance agreements. You'll be a key resource for contract processes and implement AI tools into workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, draft and negotiate complex health insurance agreements
• Review and negotiate commercial agreements like software licenses and MSAs
• Provide strategic advice to Procurement and business partners
• Improve vendor contracting processes including templates and AI tools

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from ABA accredited law school
• 10+ years relevant experience as contract attorney in healthcare
• Experience with complex health industry contracts
• Experience with contract management systems
