๐ผ About This Role
You'll join our Japan team to drive new business and client success in your region. You'll own the end-to-end sales process and develop strong client relationships. This hybrid role combines sales and account management for the Adjust product suite.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships for adoption and renewals
- Consultatively sell Adjust's suite of solutions to stakeholders
- Monitor client usage patterns to reduce churn risk
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in client-facing role (Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success)
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas or retention goals
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Experience in SaaS, AdTech, investment banking, or consulting
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience presenting at industry events
