You'll join our Japan team to drive new business and client success in your region. You'll own the end-to-end sales process and develop strong client relationships. This hybrid role combines sales and account management for the Adjust product suite.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships for adoption and renewals
  • Consultatively sell Adjust's suite of solutions to stakeholders
  • Monitor client usage patterns to reduce churn risk

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in client-facing role (Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas or retention goals
  • Fluent in English and Japanese
  • Experience in SaaS, AdTech, investment banking, or consulting

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience presenting at industry events
