Description

You will manage the inventory-related accounts payable process, including invoice matching, payment scheduling, and vendor account reconciliation, while supporting month-end close and audits. This role is vital to ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
• Minimum one year of accounts payable or professional experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted

Responsibilities

• Match invoices and payment requests with purchase orders
• Perform calculations to establish payment schedules and amounts
• Forecast weekly cash flow requirements for vendor payments
• Assist vendors and coworkers with payment inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile vendor accounts based on account statements
