You'll lead and scale high-performing engineering teams building mission-critical data infrastructure for JioHotStar, powering real-time event processing and petabyte-scale data systems that enable media streaming, personalization, analytics, and AI. You'll drive execution excellence, system reliability, and cost efficiency while partnering with Product, Data Science, and Business stakeholders.

• Lead, hire, and mentor data platform engineering teams.
• Provide technical direction for real-time data platforms.
• Own end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align platform outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in data engineering.
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Hands-on experience with distributed processing frameworks like Spark, Flink.
• Deep familiarity with Kafka/Kinesis and streaming pipelines.

• Prior exposure to media streaming or AI platforms.
