💼 About This Role

You'll design and build scalable data platforms and pipelines powering identity verification products at Socure. You'll own end-to-end delivery of complex data initiatives and optimize for cost, performance, and reliability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build batch and streaming data pipelines for ML and analytics
• Own end-to-end delivery of data initiatives from architecture to monitoring
• Develop and evolve the data platform for large-scale cloud-native processing
• Automate data operations including validation, quality checks, and recovery

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience
• Strong Python or Scala programming skills
• Deep experience with Apache Spark including performance tuning
• Experience building data solutions on AWS (EMR, Lambda, S3)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with streaming or near-real-time data processing
• Hands-on experience with Airflow or Step Functions
• Familiarity with Data Lakehouse or Data Mesh patterns
