Requirements

• Graduation in commerce or accounting
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts and encourage timely payments
• Contact customers regarding overdue payments and record promises to pay
• Resolve payment discrepancies
• Coordinate with Sales on follow-up efforts and client refunds
• Assist in A/R reporting and month-end bank closing tasks
