Description
You will provide technical support to ClickHouse customers in Japan and the APJ/EMEA regions, handling support tickets, community support, pre- and post-sales activities, and POCs. You'll collaborate with engineering and product teams to define functionality and share solutions through documentation, knowledge base, blogs, meetups, webinars, and training.
Requirements
- Prior experience within a technical support organization
- Technical breadth in ClickHouse DBMS or similar OLAP/SQL databases, Cloud/SaaS, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes/containers, system/network administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Experience in a customer-facing role with pre/post-sales support, solution/sales engineering, consulting, or training
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional response, on-call coverage, and guidance within SLAs via ticketing, email, Slack, and phone
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners
- Assist with mentoring, training, and sharing knowledge with colleagues, users, and customers
