• 2-3 years experience in consulting, banking, or startup operations
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with limited hand-holding
• High ownership mentality with 'no task too small' attitude
• Calm, reliable executor who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end customer onboarding through handoff to success team
• Serve as key execution partner to COO, driving operational priorities
• Support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth cross-functional execution
• Build, document, and continuously improve operational processes and workflows
• Track and manage licensing renewals and regulatory reporting timelines
