  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience with MS Office products
  • Experience with Salesforce ticketing system
  • High School diploma or GED

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Healthcare IT industry experience
  • EDI knowledge (ANSI 835, 837, 270/271)
  • Experience with SaaS support
