๐ Requirements
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience with MS Office products
- Experience with Salesforce ticketing system
- High School diploma or GED

- Healthcare IT industry experience
- EDI knowledge (ANSI 835, 837, 270/271)
- Experience with SaaS support
