💼 About This Role

You'll handle the full range of loan boarding tasks with minimal oversight, training team members and coordinating with internal and external clients to ensure accurate loan data input and documentation review. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of our servicing platform for the largest non-bank commercial mortgage servicer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and interpret post-closing loan packages for completeness
• Train and develop team members to improve department performance
• Oversee email correspondence and ensure SLA compliance
• Prepare e-forms to process escrow/reserve funds

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar loan boarding role
• Commercial Real Estate experience with understanding of property markets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of McCracken Strategy and IBM Cognos

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CMBS and Agency loan types
• Knowledge of SASB loan structures
• Experience with loan transfer processes
