💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategy and roadmap for Ripple's settlement and billing infrastructure, a platform team underpinning financial integrity across all products. You'll drive the convergence of platform product development, financial operations, and regulatory compliance to enable confident expansion in a regulated industry. This role offers direct senior leadership sponsorship and the chance to shape foundational systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and feature requirements for settlement and billing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Treasury, and Accounting to build critical products.
• Drive transition from manual to automated workflows, setting customer experience standards.
• Evaluate and integrate world-class vendors to augment in-house capabilities.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in financial technology, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager.
• Proven track record scaling and evangelizing platform products.
• Extensive background in payments infrastructure including settlement, reconciliation, returns, billing.
• Technical competence in data models, API contracts, and distributed systems.
