💼 About This Role

You'll own and operate our application stack and AWS infrastructure to manage hosted customer instances of Metabase. You'll debug runtime issues across the stack and build internal tooling for lifecycle management. This role offers compelling automation challenges in a rapidly growing cloud product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and operate the application stack and AWS infrastructure
• Debug runtime issues across the application and hosting stack
• Develop internal tooling for lifecycle management of hosted instances
• Continuously improve automated deployments and testing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years operating production infrastructure
• Strong Kubernetes and AWS experience
• Experience with IaC and Terraform
• Proficient in Python or Go

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Prometheus/Grafana/Datadog
• Knowledge of CI/CD platforms
• Familiarity with SOC2 compliance
