Description

You will maintain and troubleshoot building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, performing routine maintenance and responding to tenant requests while working under senior engineers to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• 2-3 years of job related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience
• CFC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Basic working knowledge of laptop and phone apps, Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and emergencies

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems
• Address service requests including hot/cold calls, plumbing, and lighting repairs
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate as needed
• Assist with preventive maintenance and contractor oversight
• Conduct property inspections to identify deficiencies
