You'll support the sales organization by increasing awareness of a new MICE offering and managing large projects. You'll handle RFPs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and build relationships with enterprise clients globally. This role offers the chance to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle largest MICE projects and high-yielding opportunities
• Prepare RFPs for global portfolio of customers
• Coordinate operational processes with cross-functional teams
• Maintain relationships and uncover future opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in venue sourcing / meetings & events team
• Good knowledge of global venue and event destinations
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Confident in negotiating rates with suppliers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MICE booking tool such as Cvent
• Solid knowledge of event venues/hotels worldwide
