You'll operate at the intersection of sales, consulting, and customer success, acting as the primary commercial partner for key clients. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of 7-15 strategic enterprise accounts, driving expansion, renewal, and upsell.
- Develop and execute structured account plans to increase product adoption and revenue across multiple business units.
- Lead retention and expansion strategies, including workshops, executive engagements, and partner coordination.
- Negotiate and close enterprise-level, multi-year contracts aligning with customer business objectives.
๐ Requirements
- B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, account management, or consulting experience.
- Track record of managing large, complex accounts ($200Kโ$2M+ revenue) within enterprise organizations.
- Experience selling into regulated industries such as life sciences, pharma, financial services, or technology.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to negotiate effectively at C-level.

- Comfortable with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, Google Suite).
