💼 About This Role

You'll drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new enterprise customers for Matillion's intelligent data integration platform, while expanding existing accounts in your territory. Your core impact will be sourcing and closing six-figure deals using complex solution-selling methodologies like MEDDIC. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and channel partners to maximize customer acquisition and retention.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Generate your own pipeline and close six-figure deals with enterprise customers
  • Develop territory strategy with SDR, marketing, and channel partners
  • Foster relationships with technology and consulting partners to create opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and solution architecture teams

📋 Requirements

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle sales experience in complex technology solution-selling
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas
  • Experience sourcing and closing six-figure deals
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling

  • Experience selling data integration or cloud platforms
  • Existing relationships with enterprise accounts in the territory
  • Knowledge of AI/ML data pipeline solutions
