🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage deal pipeline in HubSpot CRM, tracking opportunities and tasks.
• Coordinate proactive follow-ups to keep deals progressing.
• Prepare Excel tracking sheets, reports, and operational summaries.
• Support scheduling for meetings, investor calls, and deal discussions.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar deal tracking systems.
• Background in operations support or finance coordination.
• Intermediate Excel skills for reporting and data organization.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
