You'll own the Supply side of Preply Business end-to-end, ensuring tutor coverage and quality for corporate clients. You'll partner with B2B leadership and cross-functional teams to design scalable policies and drive measurable improvements. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own B2B supply strategy and tutor coverage
• Represent Supply in B2B planning with leadership
• Lead cross-functional delivery from diagnosis to rollout
• Design scalable policies and governance for quality and fairness

📋 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in strategy & operations or high-growth tech
• Strong program/project leadership in cross-functional work
• Data-driven approach with Excel/Sheets proficiency
• Stakeholder management and influence with senior leaders

✨ Nice to Have

• B2B commercial exposure to sales cycles and retention
• SQL and BI fluency (e.g., Looker)
• Familiarity with marketplace supply dynamics
