You will lead fraud prevention strategy across orders, sellers, reviews, and platform integrity, building world-class ML-driven detection systems and cross-org alignment to safeguard customer trust and platform health.

Requirements

• Track record of developing innovative products and taking them to market
• Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving product vision and GTM strategy
• Experience managing technical and design direction for large-scale systems
• Experience in agile environment with rapid iteration cadence
• Domain expertise in fraud or eCommerce

Responsibilities

• Define and own fraud detection strategy covering fake orders, reviews, rank abuse, counterfeit, coupon stacking, and seller collusion
• Build scalable frameworks to measure fraud severity, risk ratios, and business impact
• Develop next-gen fraud detection platforms using ML, rule-based systems, and actor linkages
• Partner with search, FO, returns, and seller ops to integrate fraud signals into customer experiences
• Align senior stakeholders on fraud risk appetite, thresholds, and business tradeoffs
