Description

As an Implementation Manager at Motivity, you will own the customer onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring timely deployment and value realization. You'll coordinate with internal teams, manage project timelines, deliver training, and mitigate churn risk, directly impacting customer retention and expansion.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in implementation, onboarding, training, or customer success
• Proven track record of successful software implementations or SaaS onboarding
• Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
• Solid knowledge of ABA or related field (BCBA preferred)
• Strong technical aptitude and curiosity for emerging technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation process for new customers
• Coordinate cross-functionally for seamless onboarding
• Own Time to Value (TTV) metrics and drive improvement
• Support clean handoff from sales to post-sale team
• Deliver engaging training sessions and monitor adoption metrics
