You'll build and run Canary's community program turning customers into advocates. You'll lead the vision and execution of events from conferences to workshops. This role connects you with sales, content, and product teams to drive revenue through community.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and run the community program for power users.
  • Lead vision, strategy, and execution of community events.
  • Connect power users with customer base for best practices.
  • Generate authentic content from customer stories.
  • Monitor and optimize Canary's brand on third-party forums.

📋 Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in customer advocacy or community marketing at B2B SaaS.
  • Has built a structured advocacy or champions program from scratch.
  • Event experience designing and running customer-facing gatherings.
  • GTM-oriented thinking in pipeline and revenue terms.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Hospitality or vertical SaaS experience.
  • Experience producing publication-quality creative content.
