💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a key architect of CSC Generation's inorganic growth strategy, owning the full M&A lifecycle from target identification through post-acquisition integration. You'll work directly with the CEO and executive leadership to accelerate the pace and quality of acquisitions while ensuring each new brand is operationally integrated for real synergy realization. This role offers full ownership of the corporate development roadmap and direct access to board-level conversations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end M&A process including target identification and due diligence
• Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment thesis development
• Lead post-acquisition operational integration and synergy realization
• Conduct market research to identify trends and acquisition opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Expertise in retail and consumer industries
