Description

You will manage a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via telehealth. You'll collaborate with your team through daily huddles and weekly Clinical Rounds, supervise NP or PA colleagues, and perform in-office procedures. Your goal is to deliver human-centered primary care and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency
• At least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics
• Active Maryland medical license
• Passion for human-centered primary care and effective technology use
