You'll act as the primary HR contact for colleagues in your region, supporting with employee relations and People projects. You'll ensure compliance with UK employment law while championing a supportive work environment.

• Handle People-related queries via ticket system
• Support managers with employee relations issues
• Contribute to design of People policies
• Support onboarding and induction of new colleagues

📋 Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent HR qualification
• Proven experience as People Advisor in fast-paced company
• Sound understanding of UK employment law
• Proficiency in HRIS
