🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with leadership to support safe work planning and execution
• Conduct field safety walks, observations, and coaching conversations
• Lead pre-task planning and review high-risk work controls
• Lead incident investigations including root cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of construction safety experience
• CSP certification or equivalent
• Experience in data center or MEP-heavy environments

• Experience managing safety programs at site or organizational level
• Bilingual (English + Spanish or Russian)
